Ordering & personalization
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 100 pieces. With a broad production network, we can also support larger production runs without a set upper quantity limit.
Can I order an existing ARDEN design without customization?
Yes. Browse the collections and order the design exactly as shown — no design service and no waiting on artwork.
Can I personalize an existing ARDEN design?
Yes. Add Your Branding lets you add your logo, name and brand colors to an existing ARDEN design. Your artwork is prepared for approval before production, and up to 4 design revisions are included. If you already have artwork, photography or a visual concept, you can provide that as part of the project.
Can ARDEN create a completely original design for us?
Yes. Choose Signature Collection — an original bandana design created from scratch, exclusively for your organization and never sold to another client.
When do I provide my personalization details?
After checkout, a box opens where you upload up to 3 images (your logo or artwork) and add a note. Our design team then prepares your design and emails it to you for approval.
Design fees & revisions
How does design service work?
Ready-to-Order includes no design service. Add Your Branding includes a one-time design service — US$100 at 100 pieces, US$50 for 101–299 pieces, and included from 300 pieces — plus up to 4 design revisions. Signature Collection includes a design service priced by project quantity, plus up to 4 design revisions.
Production, shipping & volume
When does production begin?
Production begins after your artwork is approved.
How long does production take?
Standard production is typically 5–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on order quantity. Artwork approval typically takes an additional 1–3 business days. Freight time is additional.
Is shipping included?
DDP delivery is available to the USA, European Union, UAE and Türkiye. Orders of 500–999 pieces include free DDP delivery. For 100–299 pieces, DDP delivery is US$100 flat, door-to-door; for 300–499 pieces, it's US$49.85 flat. Orders of 1,000 pieces or more are evaluated individually as part of a custom quote. Faster delivery is available on request — contact ARDEN for availability and a shipment quote.
Are taxes included?

Can ARDEN create bandanas for schools and kindergartens?
Yes. Designs can be adapted for school workshops, kindergarten activities, creative days, class celebrations and other children's educational events.
Can ARDEN create graduation or school milestone bandanas?
Yes. Personalized bandanas can be created for graduation, end-of-year celebrations, class milestones and school anniversaries.
Can children take their finished bandanas home?
Yes. The finished bandana is lightweight, foldable and easy to pack — a keepsake children can wear again at home, at school and in future photos.
Can different designs be used for different classes, groups or departments?
Yes. Multiple designs can be coordinated across classes, age groups, teams or departments while keeping a consistent visual identity.
