Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ardencolorme.com (the “Site”) and any custom bandana or scarf order placed with ARDEN TEXTILE LTD STI (“ARDEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

ARDEN is a textile design studio operating as ARDEN DERI TARIM TEKSTIL GIDA TURIZM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, registered in Antalya, Türkiye (Mersis: 0073041761700001, Trade Registry No: 74345). We design and produce original bandanas and scarves in rayon satin with Italian machine-stitched edges, for corporate gifting, resort Kids Clubs, and Signature Collection commissions.

Custom, Made-to-Order Production

Every ARDEN piece — whether Ready to Order, Add Your Branding, or a Signature Collection — is produced to order after artwork approval. Because production is custom and begins only once you have approved your artwork, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once production has started. Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are per-piece estimates based on the volume tier and options you select. A quote is not a binding order until you confirm it in writing and, where applicable, submit payment as instructed. ARDEN reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Artwork, Branding, and Intellectual Property

Original ARDEN designs, patterns, and artwork remain the intellectual property of ARDEN TEXTILE LTD STI. If you submit your own logo, artwork, or photograph for an Add Your Branding or Signature Collection order, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant ARDEN a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Production and Delivery

Standard production is typically 5–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on order quantity and project requirements. Shipping terms (including DDP delivery to the USA, European Union, UAE and Türkiye) are described on the relevant product and pricing pages. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with customs processing outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARDEN’s liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. ARDEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an ARDEN order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Türkiye.
